Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No. We do not take a deposit. You send an appointment request with your preferred date and time, and our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp.
Is the online price final?
The calculator shows an estimated price based on our approved price list. The final price is confirmed after a consultation, once we have seen your hair.
Which currency do I pay in?
Payment is in Turkish lira (TRY). Amounts in USD, EUR or GBP are shown for information only and use a recent exchange rate.
My travel plans changed — can I move my appointment?
Yes. Just message us on WhatsApp and we will find a new day or time that suits your trip.
What should I send you for a quote?
A photo of your hair in daylight, the length you want and the method you are interested in. You can attach a photo to the appointment request form.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 09:00 to 24:00. Appointments are recommended; walk-ins are welcome when a stylist is available.
